What to Do If You Keep Getting Logged Out

Sessions never expire in RaccoonLine, so this is almost always about automatic sign-in. With auto-login off, the app asks for your credentials every time — turn it on from the sign-in screen. If you also enable biometrics, sign-in is confirmed with Face ID / Touch ID, Windows Hello, or whatever unlock method your Android uses.

Auto-login switches itself off in one case only: the saved key no longer matches the profile — typically after you change your login or password. Separately, the system may clear its secure storage (a reinstall, a device password reset), and then auto-login simply does not fire and you see the normal sign-in form.

Your profile is not lost in either case. Enter your login and password once more.
