RaccoonLine VPN is a decentralized VPN application designed around privacy-first principles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may disclose it, and what rights users have regarding that information.

By downloading, accessing, or using RaccoonLine, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and agree to the data handling practices described here.

For the purposes of operating the service and handling privacy-related inquiries, RaccoonLine is provided by the following legal entity:

We design RaccoonLine to collect as little user-specific information as reasonably possible. In particular:

• No mandatory user accounts: RaccoonLine does not require ordinary VPN users to create a profile with a name, email address, or similar identity data in order to use the core service.

• No activity or browsing logs: We do not intentionally maintain browsing histories, visited websites, DNS request histories, connection content logs, or equivalent records of user traffic.

• Limited technical and operational metrics: We may process anonymized or aggregated service-health data such as uptime, error rates, bandwidth totals, routing quality, node availability, and similar infrastructure metrics needed to run and improve the network.

• Direct correspondence: If you contact us by email, support form, or another direct channel, we will receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.

We use the information described above only for legitimate service-related purposes, including:

• operating, securing, maintaining, and improving the RaccoonLine network;

• detecting failures, abuse, fraud, or security incidents;

• responding to technical support, privacy, and legal requests;

• complying with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, and audit obligations.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use personal data for targeted advertising.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, RaccoonLine processes relevant information on the basis of legitimate interests, contractual necessity, legal obligations, and, where applicable, user consent.

Depending on the nature of the data and the applicable law, users may have rights to:

• be informed about data processing;

• request access to personal data we hold about them;

• request correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of applicable data;

• object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is relied upon;

• complain to a competent data protection authority.

Because RaccoonLine is intentionally designed not to require standard user accounts for ordinary service use, the amount of personal data we can associate with an individual user is often very limited.

We do not sell user data to third parties. We may disclose limited information only where reasonably necessary to:

• work with service providers that support hosting, support, security, or operations;

• comply with valid legal obligations, court orders, or lawful regulatory requests;

• protect the rights, safety, service integrity, or legal interests of RaccoonLine.

Because the company is registered in Dubai, UAE, and the service may rely on distributed infrastructure, information may be processed in jurisdictions outside the user's place of residence where legally permitted.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and accidental disclosure. We retain direct correspondence and limited business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, compliance, audit, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

RaccoonLine's decentralized architecture is also intended to reduce centralized storage of sensitive user activity information.

Due to legal and regulatory considerations, RaccoonLine VPN is not available to users in certain jurisdictions. In particular, if you are located in the United States or France, you are not permitted to download or use RaccoonLine VPN.

We reserve the right to block access, suspend service, or take other compliance measures if use from a restricted jurisdiction is identified.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or operational practices. The updated version becomes effective on the date stated at the top of the page.
