Access to premium features, paid subscriptions, or other paid services may require upfront payment or other approved settlement methods. Where RaccoonLine issues payment instructions, you must use the exact payment details provided and include any identifiers reasonably required to match your payment with your order.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details submitted by you, and for any taxes, bank charges, intermediary fees, network fees, or currency conversion costs associated with your transaction.

We may delay, reject, or cancel activation of paid services if funds are not received in full, if payment details are incomplete, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, sanctions risk, or other compliance concerns.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a product-specific offer, payments for digital services, subscriptions, activated access periods, and completed provisioning are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved on an exceptional basis, it will be processed using a method reasonably determined by RaccoonLine and may be reduced by non-recoverable processor, banking, blockchain, or transfer costs.

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time where reasonably necessary for maintenance, scaling, security, legal compliance, risk control, or product evolution.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fixed routing behavior, permanent feature parity across all platforms, or the future availability of any beta or experimental functionality.

The RaccoonLine name, branding, interface design, website content, documentation, visual materials, and software-related assets are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of RaccoonLine and/or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected content except as permitted by law or by our prior written consent.

The RaccoonLine website or application may reference third-party networks, payment providers, app stores, wallets, social channels, articles, or external websites. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and RaccoonLine is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
