What to Do If the App Is Stuck on Loading

On first launch, and after a long break, the app synchronises its local copy of the network. On a slow connection this takes a while and the indicator can look frozen. Leave the window open — the screen shows the stages of the sync.

If nothing changes for 10–15 minutes, close the app completely and open it again. If you turned mining on, the app is also downloading the full chain, which is the longest part; you can stop it with Stop mining in the wallet.
