What to Do If VPN Won't Connect

The app retries on its own a few times, then falls back to a random location. The quickest fix is to press Random yourself.

Check that the internet works with the VPN off, and that you allowed the VPN profile when the system asked. On Windows and Linux the connection needs the RaccoonLine service component — if the app reports that the service stopped, restart it or reinstall the app.
