What to Do If Some Websites Don't Work with VPN

Many sites and banking apps block connections that arrive from another country. That is their decision, not a VPN fault — use a location in the country you normally access the service from.

If a site broke after you enabled filters, switch that category from Pro to Lite or turn it off. On Android you can route individual apps outside the tunnel (Settings → VPN → Apps using VPN) and add specific domains to Sites bypassing VPN. Both options are available on paid plans and apply after you reconnect.
