What to Do If Your ROCC Balance Isn't Updating

Seeing ~ instead of a number is not an error — it means the data is still being reconciled with the network. Most often a sync is simply in progress: leave the app open with an active internet connection; the wallet screen shows the stages.

The balance is calculated from the local copy of the blockchain on your device, so it only updates once that copy has caught up with the network. Transactions that arrive during the sync appear when it finishes.

Also check which balance you are looking at: the wallet shows Estimated balance (provisional, including operations that are not confirmed yet) and Current wallet (confirmed). A difference between the two is normal.
