Compact geosite matching for mobile and desktop

Replaces the domain trie and the Mph string table with 64-bit hash sets on both matcher paths, decodes geosite .dat as a stream, and keys the matcher cache by file size and mtime so a reconnect picks up a new list. On a 1.5M-domain list steady-state memory drops from 149 MB to 16 MB on mobile and from 218 MB to 98 MB on desktop.
Lower memory ceiling for the Android build

Builds Android with madvdontneed=1, lowers the GC target and adds FreeOSMemory passes so freed pages are returned to the system, and exposes connection, blocked-request and goroutine counters for diagnostics.
